If exhaustion was a sport I would probably be the number one player!

This Month has been really chaotic and I have been going through the wringer so I missed last week's episode and have decided to adjust the scheduling of episodes as to not burn myself out. 

This was an unplanned episode I felt like this would be an excellent episode to vent and kind of talk about where my mental space is in hopes of making someone or anyone feel better about how they're feeling or where they are mentally.
