There are multiple pieces you can use in your Natal chart to help build a relationship with your shadow self. Remember "doing shadow work" is to create a closed loop in your own emotions where you take responsibility for what your emotional reactions are trying to invite you to heal. This is all a process to undertake with care for the tender things that may be present in your darkest shadow. In the end though, we win back the formerly rejected pieces of ourselves and for me, that wholeness is a goal all its own.
