Hi, beautiful souls — it feels so good to be back with you! After a year away from the podcast, I felt called to return with something truly special. In this episode, I share a message from the 3I Atlas Comet — a rare interstellar visitor that entered our solar system this year and passed by the sun on October 29, 2025, where its energy was amplified for us on Earth.

This comet’s energy carries a powerful vibration of healing, rest, and feminine awakening, and I can’t wait to tell you what she (yes, she!) shared with me. Even her name — ATLAS, which stands for Asteroid Terrestrial Impact Last Alert System — carries meaning: a gentle wake-up call from the Universe to realign with love and care for ourselves, each other, and the planet.

I also open up about my own year of deep rest and recovery — how illness taught me to slow down, honor my body, and remember that my worth isn’t tied to how productive I am. The comet arrived just as I was finding my way back to myself, and I could feel that her message wasn’t just for me… it was for all of us.

✅ The fascinating story of the 3I Atlas Comet, and what makes her so unique

✅ How my year of illness became a sacred invitation to deepen my self-worth

✅ The channeled message I received from the comet’s energy — whom I came to know as Atla, a feminine goddess here to help humanity heal

✅ Gentle ways to invite more feminine balance and peace into your daily life

In this episode, I get personal and share about the health challenges I've been going through and why I've decided to take a break from podcasting for the next few months. In the process, I share how my taking a break relates to the invitation of the new moon in Scorpio for all of us--a call for transformation, that involves not only rebirth, but first a sort of "death." It is not a real death, but a time of rest. Where are you being called to rest?

I also share some powerful quotes on the value of rest from Tricia Hersey's book, Rest is Resistance: A Manifesto.
