Aquarius energy wants us to uplift collective well-being, which means it's essential we stay centered in our own energy.

In this episode, I reflect on why recentering is important. I talk about some advice my physical therapist gave me lately which has really helped me get recentered in my body (even though this is not meant to be medical guidance at all!). 

I also share practical ways that you can center and recenter within your own energy and mind, so you can get back to what matters most.
