Welcome back to the podcast.

Today, we’re stepping into a transit that is anything but superficial.

Venus is squaring Pluto at 3 degrees, activating the axis between the 7th house of relationships, partnerships, contracts, and one-to-one encounters and the 11th house of friendships, networks, alliances, social circles, and the future we are trying to create.

And when Venus meets Pluto by square, we have a very different conversation about love.

This isn't simply about romance.

This is about desire and power.

It’s about what happens when attraction becomes intense enough to expose what has been hiding underneath the surface.

Who has the power in a relationship?

Who is compromising—and who is controlling?

Which friendships are genuinely reciprocal, and which ones are built around influence, status, access, or emotional dependency?

And perhaps the biggest question:

Are the people around you aligned with the person you are becoming?

Venus wants connection, harmony, pleasure, beauty, and agreement.

Pluto wants truth—but Pluto's version of truth can be uncompromising.

Pluto takes us beneath the polished surface and asks us to look at the psychological dynamics underneath our relationships.

And with this square moving between the 7th and 11th houses, something fascinating can happen:

The people we love can collide with the people we associate with.

A relationship may force us to reconsider a friendship.

A friendship may expose something about a partnership.

A social connection may become unexpectedly powerful.

Or we may suddenly realize that maintaining peace, approval, or belonging has required us to betray something within ourselves.

At 3 degrees, we're also looking at an early-degree expression—something that can feel like the beginning of a new chapter around Venus-Pluto themes.

And Pluto doesn't usually ask politely.

It asks:

What are you willing to transform in order to have a relationship that is actually aligned with your values?

“What happens when the energy of personal power collides with the institutions controlling shared wealth

🌑 Solar Eclipse in Leo 20° square Banks in Taurus, 8th house

The Leo Solar Eclipse at 20° brings a new cycle around visibility, power, leadership, confidence, recognition, and the desire to create from the heart.

But the square to Banks in Taurus in the 8th house pulls the eclipse into a very different arena:

* Taurus → money, assets, wealth, material security, values

* 8th house → banks, debt, taxes, loans, investments, shared resources, financial institutions, other people’s money

* Leo → power, status, leadership, wealth display, sovereignty

* Square → tension that forces adjustment and action

So symbolically, this can describe a moment where personal power and financial systems collide.

💰 The bigger theme: “Who controls the money?”

The Leo side says:
