I start my morning by reading a prayer first and cleaning the room. After that I brew coffee, it doesn't matter if it's an Americano or a hot latte, the important thing is that the coffee can warm my body. I feel like in the morning without coffee, I feel different and won't be enthusiastic. For that, for me coffee is a pre-workout. I haven't drunk pre-workout or creatine for the past few months. Even though I'm a gym rat and do lifting exercises almost every day.
I only need a cup of coffee, then continue doing some exercises, like yesterday, I did upper body exercises that focused on back exercises. Although there were shoulder exercises included, but it was very little, only 2 games, after that I did elliptical to make my body more flexible and to cool down and close the exercise.
Coffee has many benefits for me, even though I have gerd, but usually gerd recurs because of overthinking, not because of drinking a lot of coffee. It seems like my stomach is used to getting coffee on an empty stomach, so it doesn't matter and it's normal.
You can see how coffee is very helpful in every exercise I do. Sometimes I feel very annoyed when many people say that coffee is dangerous, especially making coffee the origin of diabetes or obesity. Maybe, some coffee is like that, many people make coffee with lots of sugar. But, what must be remembered is that coffee as fuel to move and do activities is not a waste, like me, making coffee a drink that makes me more stamina in exercising.
In fact, I really need coffee before doing exercise at the gym. It's very good, even coffee without sugar, only with full cream milk and it's only 100 ml grams. Sometimes there is a little syrup, but, I believe if it makes you excited, do it. Don't make coffee into baseless gossip.
