Tim Wither is a mining executive with over 20 years experience in the resource sector, both domestically and internationally, with key involvement in the development of several greenfield base metal projects. Mr Wither has held various senior executive and strategic leadership roles in Australia, India, Africa, South America, with publicly listed companies on both the ASX and TSX.

Tim is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an MBA from Curtin Graduate School of Business, Graduate Diploma of Mining, Graduate Diploma in Natural Resource Law, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mine Engineering and Surveying from the WA School of Mines. He is also a candidate for Master of Commercial and Resources Law at University of WA.

Bruce Lane has significant experience in ASX listed and large industrial companies. Mr Lane has held management positions in a number of global blue chip companies as well as resource companies and start ups in New Zealand, Europe and Australia.

Prior to founding Voyager Energy which was subsequently acquired by GTI, Mr Lane has been involved in the acquisition, funding and exploration of a number of uranium exploration projects during the last 15 years most notably with ASX listed companies Atom Energy Ltd and Stonehenge Metals Ltd.

Mr Lane holds a masters degree from London Business School and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute Of Company Directors.

Mr Pike is a geologist with over 20 years’ of successful technical and management experience and a proven track record in gold and base metals exploration, discovery, project development in both open pit and underground mining. Mr Pike holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Double Major Geology) and a Graduate Certificate in Finance.

Mr Pike was Exploration Manager (East Coast) for Evolution Mining Limited (ASX:EVN) (7 years), and Senior Exploration Geologist for Newcrest Mining Limited (ASX:NCM) (3 years) and Equigold NL (9 years). Mr Pike also served as Chief Executive Officer of Santana and Mekong Minerals.

Co-founder and MD of successful mine consulting firm Auralia Mining Consulting, Daniel Tuffin is a hands-on mining engineer with over 20 years’ experience.

His career began in iron ore and gold projects in WA and later extended internationally. While acting as a consultant he has carried out many technical studies and has signed off on Ore Reserves on the ASX, LSE and TSX. He’s since established many successful companies and mining projects, including co-founding private Kalgoorlie gold mining venture Rose Dam Resources which to date has produced over 30koz of gold.

Daniel has a wealth of experience specific to the Company; he has in been involved in prior development of the Crawford and Gambier Lass North Projects around Leonora and carried out various mine planning work on the Golden Cities Project north of Kalgoorlie.

Daniel holds a BEng (Mining), BSc (Mine and Engineering Surveying), a Diploma in Project Management and is a Fellow of the AusIMM and accredited Chartered Professional and a Member of the AICD having completed their Directors Course. Daniel is currently a director of ASX listed companies Panther Metals Limited (ASX:PNT) and Mt Malcolm Mines NL (ASX:M2M).

Andrew Dornan is the Executive Director of James Bay Minerals, He has 18 years senior commercial management experience within various major and mid-tier international mining organisations including Pilbara Minerals, Tianqi Lithium (consultant), Fortescue Metals Group, Newmont and Rio Tinto.

Nicholas is the Co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of the Eden Global Natural Resources UCITS Fund, which is classified as an ESG ‘Light Green’ Fund under Article 8 of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR”).

Nicholas has held senior positions within the Australian and UK financial services industry, bringing to Eden over thirty years’ experience in funds management (UCITS, MIS and CIMA), global institutional sales, corporate advisory, research analysis and capital markets fifteen years of which were in London working at Morgan Stanley, NatWest and Killik & Co. Nicholas founded the Eden group in 2014 providing portfolio management and corporate advisory services. Having relocated to Australia in 2002, Nicholas’ experience includes Managing Director and founder of the ACD Australian Natural Resources UCITS III Fund, a UK FCA regulated fund focusing on the natural resources sector. As Fund Manager, Nicholas outperformed the peer group fund managers and the S&P 300 Australian Natural Resources Index, providing top decile returns. Nicholas has held positions as Head of Global Markets at Canaccord Genuity, DJ Carmichael Stockbrokers and Phillip Capital. Nicholas is a Chartered Fellow member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, a Fellow member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Master member of the Stockbrokers and Financial Advisors Association, a member of WAAMH, and a member of the WA Mining Club. Nicholas is a columnist on Livewire Markets providing commentary on global equity markets, commodities, energy and agriculture.

Mr Cox is a Professional Geologist and Mine Manager who has worked in the mining industry for over 25 years. His experience has encompassed exploration, mining, and mining finance, across an extensive range of commodities (Nickel, Cobalt, Lithium, Gold, Iron Ore, and Diamonds).Mr Cox has been involved in developing a considerable number of mineral deposits (Murrin Murrin, Mlibizi, Mali Green, Binduli, Davyhurst, Francis Creek, Edna May, Greenfinch, Carina, Wodgina, Sunrise), and has been involved in all stages of development from exploration to project feasibility, financing, mine development and operations.Mr Cox has worked in Europe, Africa, North and South America, United Kingdom and Australia.Mr Cox has been an integral part of the Owners’ teams of numerous LSE, ASX, TSX-listed exploration and mining companies, working extensively with both the Board and Executive levels. He also has significant experience in technical and commercial diligence with off-take customers, mining companies, and investment groups.
