I am coming from the book of Deuteronomy, and this episode, I break down the major themes and points from the text and provide a synopsis of how this word can be lived out practically for you today. The wait can be hard. When God's promise feels so close that you can taste it but also looks like it's impossible and won't happen, you have to remember who God is and all he's done. This is exactly what the Israelites had to do in the book of Deuteronomy, and it's just what this episode is all about. God has set a standard for how we should carry ourselves once we have received His promise, but not before we get a reminder of His character and a run-down of why He is worth the praise in the first place. What if God is asking you to start over on something. It may feel like you are behind, or what He's asking doesn't live up to your expectations, now what? Welcome back to the podcast, and if you're new to listening, welcome! I hope your season of reflection was beneficial for you; it is so important to take time to reflect on what you've learned or experienced. I hope that you feel rested, and ready for Season #3. I found this to be very helpful in my own life because I never thought to seek the scriptures as it pertains to friendships until now. Hopefully, this episode will give you something to think about.
