Martin McKinley, General Manager of Fred Caldwell Chevrolet in Clover, SC, joins Trent and Patrick on “At Home with Roby”.  Martin started his career in car sales in 1997 and has a loyal customer in Trent’s father-in-law, Mr. Tom Settlemyre.  Martin and Tom have worked together for over 20 years, most recently on a car deal for Tom’s granddaughter / Trent’s daughter.  Tune in to meet Martin, learn a few fun facts about the 25th President of the United States, and how his leadership style and focus on the Lord have shaped his business’s culture and success.

Longtime friend and member of the extended Roby family, Paul Little, joins Trent and Patrick on “At Home with Roby”.  Our relationship with Paul began in the early 2000s when he served as the company’s IT consultant.  At the time, there was only one computer under the Roby roof!  Paul shares details about his time serving in the United States Marine Corps starting in 1986, the effects that his time as a Marine and Drill Instructor had on his marriage, his post military life in Charlotte working in the technology industry, and the undeniable call he received from God that led him back to the military.  Today, Paul and his wife serve and encourage young Marines through their fulltime missionary work with Cru Military.  Tune in to receive some of this encouragement, and to enjoy a few laughs as the guys share fun memories of their time working together and the lifelong friendships that were built along the way.

Wish Kid Sam Shannon joins Trent and Patrick on “At Home with Roby”.  We met Sam and his family back in November at our 2023 Pitchin’ for Wishes Cornhole Tourney for Make-A-Wish Central & Western NC.  Sam shared details about his wish to record an original song in a professional music studio in Nashville and even performed for us onsite.  It was a joy to welcome him into the WBT Studios with us and continue to get to know him.  The guys talk trucks, speakers, country music and more.  Tune in to meet Sam, hear all about his wish-come-true and enjoy his incredible voice and guitar skills!

Steve Conlin, President of ICD Alloys & Metals, joins Trent and Patrick on “At Home with Roby”.  At the age of 16, Steve was a professional soccer player in the UK.  After an injury put him on the sidelines, he got a job sweeping floors at a metal recycling business.  He quickly moved up within the company and was offered the opportunity to go back to college where he became a Metallurgist or Doctor of Metals.  Tune in to meet Steve to hear about his education, career path to Winston Salem, NC that included stops in South Africa, Rwanda and Germany, and the start of ICD in 2013.
