Isaiah 53 gives one of the clearest pictures in the Old Testament of Jesus’ suffering and sacrifice. Long before the cross, God promised that a Servant would come who would carry our sin, bear our grief, and pay our debt before God.

In this message, we explore what the Servant was paying, how He paid it, and why He was willing to suffer in our place. Jesus didn’t die as a victim—He died as our substitute.

Because of Him, the judgment we deserved was satisfied, and the freedom we could never earn was offered as a gift.

In Exodus 12, God declared that judgment was coming. Every home in Egypt would face the consequences of sin. But God also provided a way of escape.

A spotless lamb would be sacrificed, and its blood placed over the doorposts. When judgment came, the homes covered by the blood would be spared.

This powerful moment in Israel’s history points forward to something greater. Jesus is the true Lamb of God whose blood was shed to save us from judgment.

In this message we explore the seriousness of sin, the justice of God, and the incredible grace He provides through Jesus Christ.

Just like our bodies need food, our souls need something deeper. In this message, we explore Jesus’ words about abiding in Him as the vine and what it means to stay connected to the source of true life.
