Wally and Josie are a father and daughter team who formed the rock band "Bullets & Butterflies." Wally, a Minneapolis-based musician, producer, and graphic designer, is best known as the lead vocalist, songwriter, and guitarist for the rock band "Skywind."

Formed in 2023, "Bullets & Butterflies" are Wally and Josie's main project. Josie serves as the lead vocalist and songwriter, while Wally contributes as a guitarist, songwriter, and producer. "Bullets & Butterflies" were nominated for 2025 Band of the Year by Minnesota Homegrown and they are currently working on a follow-up to their debut recording project.

Episode 27 - Boating Captain Colin MacRae and Lisa MacRae.

Colin MacRae got into the cleaning/restoration industry in 1998, which led him into disaster restoration and biohazard cleaning, including crime scene and decontamination services. Although Colin still occasionally does disaster restoration and biohazard cleaning, he’s focused on his new fishing venture, “Angle North.” Colin is a licensed US Coast Guard Captain and fishing guide.

Before marrying Colin, Lisa MacCrae was involved with two companies within the organic grain industry: “Natures Organic Grist” & “Freekeh Foods.” Natures Organic Grist bought Organic Wheat from Organic farmers all over the country and internationally. The company supplied organic durum wheat to Annie’s and many other companies, such as Bob’s Red Mill. “Freekeh,” an ancient grain, is harvested while the wheat plant while it is still young and green. It is roasted, dried, bagged, and sold in grocery stores all over the country. Lisa handled the customer service for “Freekeh Foods,” their social media outlets, and trade shows. Additionally, Lisa prepared Freekeh dishes for events and stores, and sent samples to food bloggers, food companies and more.

Today, the MacCrae’s focus their time with their premier North of the Woods fishing charters at “Angle North."Tune in as we talk about weird clean-ups, crime scenes, guide fishing, life with a blended family, and much, much, more!

Episode 26 - Comedian Rudy Pavich

Rudy is a Minnesota (now Las Vegas) comedian, podcaster, and video/graphics producer who tours the country as both a headliner and an opener for well-known comedians like Adam Carolla and Michael Yo.

Rudy began his career in radio before transitioning into stand-up comedy, building a substantial presence through consistent touring and media production. Rudy headlines his own shows and has opened for major acts including Tammy Pescatelli, Jay Mohr, and Kyle Dunnigan. Rudy hosts the podcast "A Long Walk to Cleveland," where he interviews various guests about their life journeys. Rudy is also a video and graphics producer, who has worked with figures like Adam Ray and Meghan Trainor, and his short film, "Raising a Daughter," won the Louie Anderson Award at the Z-Fest Film Festival, an award personally selected by Louie Anderson before his passing. Rudy is known for his commitment to his craft, often sharing insights into the comedy world and the process of writing material.

Rick holds the title of Ajarn (Senior Instructor) in Muay Thai under Grandmaster Chai Sirisute and holds instructorships in Wing Chun Gung Fu, French Savate, Combat Submission Wrestling and Maphilindo Silat. Rick founded the Minnesota Kali Group (MKG) in 1982, which has since become an international martial arts organization with many branches and affiliated schools around the world, including England, Japan, Spain, Scotland, Germany and the United States.
