This videos validate prolonged exposure therapy through video editing. The objective is to end the darkness of SI (&amp; HI when people hurt they hurt others) and change society by teaching self-assessment tools that quantify behavior making it measurable &amp; thus changeable, identify sensory to remove stigma of mental health specifically ptsd &amp; better understand what is a true support/advocate/friend to minimize "noise" (complaints; trauma-bonding when used to manipulate) &amp; increase getting IT done. Questions welcomed &amp; help tbi to be frank by forcing me to organize language. Sexualization, bullying &amp; censorship is not &amp; everyone is creating this curriculum. Those that are already in it, just know, I did everything to not have to repeat this verbatim, but honestly, I think that's the only way to end this faster which in turn, ends suicide faster.&nbsp; Just write what you hear---like note-taking---and don't worry about grammar, spelling or readability. Just *GET **IT OUT. STEP *ONE IS OVERSTEP TWO or REFLECTION is now COMPARE/CONTRAST [two admins; two philosophies in life.
