With everything going on in our world and in our communities we can easilly forget where and in Whom the hope of the world truly rests.

Just as gathering together to worship God was important to the Israelites it should be important to the people of God...but it doesn't appear that way these days.

The altar is where the people of God would provide sacrifices and offerings in order to connect with God. Amidst our current economic crisis and a global pandemic it wouldn't hurt for the people of God to return to the altar of God.

In order for the people of God to put their trust in the Word of God we have to know God's Word...which means we need to spend some time in it.
