Jean Kaluza has more than 15 years of experience in UX research and SaaS, working with organizations ranging from solopreneurs to major corporations like Disney. Early in her career she was the only designer on teams who could code, but she soon realized her passion was understanding how real users interact with digital tools.
That passion led her to specialize in UX research by interviewing users, studying behavior, and helping businesses build products people actually want. Today she is the founder of The Product Shift and the creator of User Mirror, a tool designed to simulate real user journeys across websites, apps, and marketing funnels.
