At The Movies with Charlotte and Bron

This episode welcomes our first guest to the pod: actor, dad, and Australian film enthusiast Alfred Nicdao! Together he and our hosts discuss the indie masterpiece TWO HANDS (1999) which would've been the film to put our Heath Ledger on the map if it weren't for that other film that he filmed the same year (10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU). We swoon over Heath, Rose Byrne and of course our favourite bad boy Bryan Brown.

Charlotte and Bron breakdown the film that still has every American telling us what a knife is and isn't: CROCODILE DUNDEE (1986). A chaotic chapter in their journey to learn more about Australian film, this analysis takes our intrepid hosts on an appropriately themed enemies-to-lovers relationship with the Paul Hogan led classic.

In the first episode of their quest to learn more about Australian film, Charlotte Nicdao and Bron Belcher breakdown Baz Luhrmann's visual feast AUSTRALIA (2008).

They ask questions like "Is Bryan Brown the hottest bad boy of Australian cinema?", "Is this kiss between Our Nicole and Our Hugh really weird?", and "Are all the Wizard of Oz references supposed to be Wizard of AUS references?". They don't guarantee any answers.
