Fighting an invisible enemy and the mind is the battlefield. As a result, it’s so crucial that we manage our minds in the right way to ensure that we have a peace of mind. It takes time and discipline to be able to have a mind switch when negative thoughts arise, however little steps do make a difference. In this episode, I talk about things that I do to manage my mind and to be honest I still struggle with it, but peace is worth fighting for. So we got to keep trying until our mind is in the right place.
