At Your Own Risk is back for a second series, looking at all aspects of risk management in the broader sphere of patient safety. Each month, your hosts, Claire Harrison, the Director of Safety Survillance at GOSH, and Iain Keers, the Senior Directorate Safety Partner, discuss how their teams are working to make the hospital as safe a place as possible for our patients, families and staff.
