Judy Slaughter sits down to share her wisdom on seeking and hearing from the Lord, raising children for Christ, supporting loved ones in the grip of depression, and other questions faced by women in the church. She also shares a few specific verses that impacted her life and are sure to encourage you too!

Christians are a hated minority in today's culture because God calls us to be different and set apart from the world. However, we are not alone when we gather with other believers, and Amy encourages us to be salt and light, putting on the Lord Jesus Christ.

Amy looks at Philippians 4:8 and challenges us to take captive every thought that is not true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, and praiseworthy. Let us run all our thoughts through the filter of God's Word!
