Tammy Cranouski is the National Alumni Director for the Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association. IHSAA is committed to connecting IHSA graduates, mentoring undergraduate students, offering competition and providing support and sponsorship for the IHSA. Tammy attended Westfield State University where she rode on the IHSA western team. She took on the role of IHSAA director in 2019.

Coagi Long, President and owner of Equine Affaire, Inc. has more than 19 years of experience with the company in a variety of areas. She received her undergraduate degree from The University of Findlay. While in college she wont three consecutive IHSA titles and was the 2003 IDA Reserve National Champion. She continues to pursue her competitive career in dressage and trains and breeds Warmbloods at her farm in West Mansfield, OH.

Emma Fass is the Founder of Ringside Pro. She grew up riding and competing in VA and received her undergraduate degree at the University of VIrginia

Heath grew up in Benson, VT in a horsey family and won multiple National and World Appaloosa Championships before becoming a trainer himself. He served as the head trainer at Midway University in Midway, KY since 2014 and became the Hunt Seat Head Coach in 2018.

Mandee is the Founder & host of the Leadline Podcast. It is a podcast for equestrian entrepreneurs and shares some "outside the box" equestrian professions. She hosts multiple equine business related networking events around the country.

Ariel has been the Director of Equestrian Programs and coach of the Middle Tennessee State University Equestrian Team since 2017. She has led the college team to many titles in the region, zone & nationally. Ariel began her riding career showing quarter horses earning World Championship titles. She has both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Horse Science from MTSU.

Emma from Worcester State University Club Equestrian Team talks about her experiences riding and running a club team. She also shares that she's now teaching in a vocational/technical high school that also offers agricultural tracks including equine management!

The Rider's Closet mission is to ensure that riding apparel is accessible to scholastic riding programs, pony clubs, equestrian camp programs, equine charities and individual riders in need. Julianna Empie is a rising senior at Penn State who is pursuing a degree in Animal Science with a minor in Equine Science. She is on the Penn State Equestrian Team and recently won the 2022 IHSA Cacchione Cup.
