Fernando Cluster and his wife are suing Emory University Hospital Midtown in Atlanta for medical and emotional damages. The hospital had removed a portion of his skull to relieve pressure from a brain bleed but when the time came to put the piece back, they had lost it. They also expected Fernando to pay the $146,800 it took fix it.
