I talk with Evan and Sam from the Newfoundland and Labrador Strongman/Strongwoman Records Committee about this Saturday's Newfoundland's Strongest in Paradise, NL.

We're back after a two week break to talk to Jordan Stuart.  Jordan lives and competes in Newfoundland and has been putting up some seriously impressive numbers and competition results, even at relatively light bodyweight of 230lbs.  Jordan has also had the opportunity to travel around England, Scotland and Iceland taking cracks at some of the historical lifting stones there.

This week Alex Bland is on the show.  Alex is a competitive bodybuilder and just competed in his first strongman competition, the Raw Power/Renfrew Record Breakers competition held last weekend.  We talked about his introduction to strongman and his training leading up to last weekend, enjoy!

I talked to Maritime strength sports mainstay Jordan Profitt.  Jordan has been competing in strongman and powerlifting since 2014.  We talked about his introduction to training and competing, going to nationals with his father, my haunted gym and more.  once again this was a guest that will definitely be returning to the show as we could have talked for hours.  Enjoy!

Tyler Desplenter, owner of Northern Warrior Strength Systems, talked training, strongman and how he got into manufacturing gym and strongman equipment full-time.  This episode does contain a couple small pauses for technical difficulties.
