Since the category’s inception, there have been a total of
120 top 10 bikini Olympians, with 110 of them having breast augmentation. This
represents 91.6% of all top 10 Bikini Olympians.

Is it necessary to have breast implants to compete?
Absolutely not. Are they mentioned specifically in the bikini criteria? No. Do
they contribute to improving your overall balance, shape, and symmetry on
stage? Yes, 95% of the time, as long as they aren’t too big for your frame.
