Jesus is the only one who has, or will ever have, exiting powers from the dominion of this world. Our sin put us on the “no-fly” list, and the enemy of our souls rightly holds everyone on this blacklist and prevents us from escaping the dominion of darkness. In setting up an “airport” or “embassy” of light and love on the earth, which is the church, Jesus provided a way for us to leave this penalty—by dying to our lordship and becoming hidden in Christ.
