We here from in-form Tommy Paul, we go behind-the-scenes with Sebastian Korda and start with a California native who recently reached the quarter-finals in Acapulco and before that the semi-finals in Dallas, Marcos Giron. Finally, in the week where so much has gone on in eastern Europe that so many of us are struggling to comprehend, we have a deeply personal piece with Serb Dusan Lajovic remembering his war-torn early years.

Seb Lauzier presents the podcast from Rio, Brazil this week in the build up to the second ATP 500 of the year and the first on clay where Juan Martin Del Potro had been given a wild card and was due to play had all gone well. Unfortunately that hasn’t happened and to get the South American take on the former US Open champion, we hear from Brazilian sports journalist Alex Cossenza.

As the Rio Open gets underway, a year on from having to cancel the event due to Covid, we also hear from Tournament Director Luiz Carvalho and we're with a former number one in the world with a couple of Grand Slams under his belt, 38 year old Marcelo Melo.

Plenty then from Brazil and we also dip into Europe and speak to Andy Murray to assess the start of his 2022.

Felix Auger-Aliassime's coach Frédéric Fontang talks about working with the young Canadian, bringing Toni Nadal in as a consultant and the values and ethos that surrounds the team, plus we also find out about the coach himself.
