Episode summary
• Appointment with yourself is just as important as any other appointment you have with others
• Give yourself permission to be the person you want to be. Time starts opening up when you have permission based thinking
• Even in the most extreme moments, we can practice bringing ourselves to the present moment, doing this will help you overcome the regrets of the past and the overwhelming thoughts of the future
• It’s daily practice to yourself to bring stillness in your mind. A heavy mind is a mind filled with diverse thoughts and those thoughts often lead to over thinking which is why Briana stressed on consciously and intentionally bringing our mind to that “still” state because if you don’t do it for yourself, no one will.
