When you’ve experienced abandonment, rejection, or emotional neglect, your nervous system learns to cling because letting go feels unsafe.


I share my personal journey of growing up without emotional security and how that led to people-pleasing, fear of abandonment, toxic relationships, and losing myself trying to be chosen. We explore how attachment can turn into addiction, over-giving, and staying in unhealthy situations — and how healing begins by reconnecting with yourself.


Healing attachment means learning to feel safe within yourself, setting boundaries, trusting your body, and choosing aligned, emotionally available connections — without losing who you are.
