For us growing up Martial arts was everywhere . In cartoons , Tv shows , movies , it was big in the 70's, 80's and early 90's . Then things change and you don't see it as much , we see MMA and some movies with MMA, nothing with traditional Martial art. So for us there was lots of things to see to inspire us to train in martial arts, but how about for our kids ? other than us telling them and trying to get them involved in some kind of Martial art. this was the conversation we had on this episode . tell us your thoughts and share with us what inspires you to train .
