If you asked one-hundred people to define attitude you would probably get one-hundred different definitions. Today I break down what the attitude is composed of and then I take a look at how these contributing elements are really fundamental causative agents. As causative agents these elements yield an effect which we call culture in the workplace and character in the individual.

It's about time we get to the underlying nature of why things are the way they are, personally and professionally. It's time to look at corporate culture through the lens of cause and effect. It's time to instigate change by working from the vision not by trying to fix what seems wrong. It's time to get in the spirit of life, living, working and contributing by mindfully practicing spiritual integration.
