Do you know how to attract the right people for your mental health? Have you ever felt like the people you hang out with or your environment you work in just was making your mental health worse and every morning you dread the day ahead of you? Learning how to focus more on attracting the right people in your life or learning when to leave an unhealthy environment is the moment you realize that you need to put yourself first and focus on meeting the right people who are going to help you better your life. Most the time the person you become in life has a lot to do with the people or environment you’re surrounding yourself in and sometimes we don’t realize that those people/environment might be the one thing that’s holding us back from becoming the best version of yourself. So, in today’s episode I share with you three tips that have helped me put myself first and have helped me work towards attracting the right people that deserve to be apart of my life.
