I find that something in me really struggles to trust the desire to rest and nest come mid-winter. Maybe you notice something similar happening within you too. Both a wanting for more rest to be renewed and something that resists or mistrusts that longing. Or maybe you notice another part of you that seems to be the permission granter, like you can rest after such and such gets done.
Let’s go slow and make space to listen to the deeper wisdom of these longings held within us and open ourselves to the gifts of grace that come.
