Spiritual growth is made easier through attunement, which involves aligning our individual will with the divine will of God and Guru. In our Sunday services, we practice this through ceremonies that signify our devotion and desire for purification. Opening our hearts to God is an essential, daily practice that can be done in various ways, such as through loving thoughts, meditation, or chanting. One chant particularly dear to Swami Kriyananda was “Door of My Heart,” expressing the longing for divine connection. By fully placing our faith in God, we can experience miraculous changes in our lives. Reflecting on our personal journeys often reveals many quiet blessings. Ultimately, the promise of divine guidance is powerful, and love remains the core of our spiritual journey. With an open heart, we can truly invite God to take charge of our lives.
