In this fifth episode I interview my co-host Bill Hamel on the eighth investment property of his career. This property is a duplex, located next-door to his seventh property, in the Pine Hills neighborhood of Albany. Bill does a great walking through his first auction purchase from start to finish. He then discusses how he was able to finance the property using credit card cash advances and eventually utilizing the BRRR method before the BRRR method was a known term.
