In this 1st episode, we talk with Sean Zhang, CEO & Co-Founder of Talon to go behind the scenes of his audacious career journey, eventually quitting his high-powered Investment Banking job to start what's become one of the most successful E-Sports Franchises in Asia.

We ask him how difficult (very!) it was to get started, what sparked the move, how he handled the pressure (esp from his parents!) and what advice he has for those wanting to do the same.
