Even though the shakedown wasn't about lap time and the Formula 1 car Audi brought to Barcelona was a very basic car, the act of testing and it going smoothly is the first test the team passed with flying colours. The test regarding professionalism after two green years which looked NOT professional is a huge turnaround which has been acclaimed by many Formula 1 fans. Mattia Binotto and Jonathan Wheatley have given Audi a platform in which to build a strong foundation, all the way down to their visual language.
