My name is Margelis Lara Mercado, a SENA apprentice, studying Energy Efficiency Management, registration number (2834524). The activity to be completed is an audio recording "Reporting on possible solutions to problems in work settings." I have been working as a cashier at Volare SAS for seven years, working in the gaming room. My main responsibilities include managing cash flow. If I manage cash inflows and outflows well, I will have an excellent cash register closing at the end of the day. Additionally, if I manage customers well, customer service will be better each day.
