Good Night, my name is Yolima Gomez, i am student of advertising development with the token 2977621, the instructor is David Santiago Vargas and the activity is audio about work and academic context.  

I currently work as a customer service advisor, a job that I think is complicated since usually many people are not respectful or polite, however it is important not to take it personally and offer good service. I have the ability to understand and collaborate in whatever way I can to provide clients with good satisfaction in their requests despite the circumstances and difficult clients.

 In the academic context, I am excited to study Advertising Development and I consider that I should advance my career as a professional in order to establish myself better in the workplace, very happy to perform what I have learned, I like learning new and interesting things, I like creativity, order and contributing new ideas, which makes me very happy to be able to pursue this career and carry out interesting projects that give me experience and great satisfaction on a personal level.
