In the first episode of November I talk about the effort that we should put to achieve our ambitions. Guys, when you shoot for something big, it should be hard. Do not judge yourself when you have 2 hours free time and you play Fortnite. Escapism is vital for all of us. But, the next 2 hours of free time please go back to work. Self-awareness is lacking in today's world. Everybody tries to prove to someone that he is good at something while he was not meant for that thing. We always try to be good at stuff that we suck at, and btw that's not our fault. Actually society and (most of the times) parents are pressuring us to do all those stupid things so they can feel good about them and they do not understand that as kids we all have an adversity that we need to develop in order to become something special. This episode explains exactly that. Please, don't waste time trying to be good at something that you suck. MAXIMIZE YOUR STRENGTHS!!!
