Smarter phones and smarter networks are solving the location challenges for 911 call takers with the bulk of calls coming from cellular-based devices.The next hurdle is to determine the nature and severity of a particular incident, and that will come only after we can share additional context from the callers device, such as pictures, video,and other information that is relevant.
