North Platte, Neb. - The Prairie Arts Center in North Platte has announced a new variety of classes that community members can take. There are plenty of classes that everyone can enjoy. The PAC also welcomes in 2 new galleries beginning in February. Lastly the PAC will be launching two new programs.
