Mayor Brandon Kelleher joins Allison Peck to recap Tuesday night's North Platte City Council meeting, including proposed changes to the city's median safety ordinance, North Platte's 43rd consecutive Tree City USA designation, infrastructure financing, and future sewer connection options for Valley Drive residents.

The Buffalo Bill Rodeo returns to North Platte June 17-20, and co-announcer Garrison Allen says 2026 may feature some of the best talent fans have seen in years.

Allen joined Allison Peck to discuss his fourth year announcing America's Original Rodeo, working alongside legendary announcer Randy Corley, the historic significance of the Buffalo Bill Rodeo, and why contestants from across the country circle North Platte on their calendars.

The conversation covers agriculture advocacy, personal growth, mentorship and the excitement surrounding one of the largest contestant classes in recent years as NebraskaLand Days gets underway in North Platte.

Miss Rodeo Nebraska contestants Kelsey Hutton and Maycie Johnson join Allison Peck to discuss their paths into rodeo royalty, the responsibilities of serving as ambassadors for the sport, and what competing for the Miss Rodeo Nebraska title means to them. The contestants also share their favorite experiences, community outreach efforts, and what they're looking forward to most during NebraskaLand Days.

Prairie Arts Center Executive Director Holly Carlini joins Allison Peck to discuss summer programs and events happening at the Prairie Arts Center.
