Augustine College

This lecture was part of the Augustine College at CMDA weekend conference in Bristol, Tennessee, February 26-28, 2010. We are grateful to CMDA for providing the opportunity to examine the matter of conscience rights. At 18:35 note the "expanded" protections for conscientious objectors in 1970: a move made during the Vietnam War to protect more people from violation of their consciences.
