In this episode of the podcast 5 members of Aureus Knights join host RJO for a discussion of their experiences in Guild Wars 2's first beta weekend. Topics discussed include thoughts on the classes played, the content consumed and a look at favourite and least favourite content types. We also discuss microtransactions, speculate on the release date and try and figure out what the hell we are going to do until the game comes out.

In this episode of the podcast we take a look at our experiences so far in Star Wars The Old Republic as well as how we see the future of the game breaking out. After that we take a look at Guild Wars 2 including some discussion around experiences with the game so far. We finish up the podcast with a quick discussion on Planetside 2 and some discussion around what is exciting about the game, drawing on our experiences in the original Planetside.

Welcome to Episode 1 of the Aureus Knights podcast, a new podcast built collaboratively by the community members of the Aureus Knights guild. Episode 1 is dedicated to covering PAX East. We had a few members who were lucky enough to attend the show and three of them join us on the weekly round table to share their experiences.

As this is the first episode of the podcast we get started by providing a bit of background on the guild and our mission with the podcast.
