  • Ep. 06 Open G-Center, Ego, and Sacral Human Design

    Today's episode is continuing our mini-series on exploring the open/undefined centers in your Human Design chart. We have the lovely Jen Thayne join us to explore the G-Center, Ego, and Sacral Centers. First and foremost, we advise you to learn and understand your Type and Authority and then begin to focus on one open center at a time.

    • G-Center (love and direction): When your G-Center is defined, you have a fixed and reliable identity, and you have the ability to love yourself and others without feeling dependent on them. When you have an open/undefined (white on your chart), place is incredibly important to you. If you are not in the correct place, you cannot thrive and you may move around a lot to find your place. 
    • Ego (willpower): when your Ego Center is open/undefined, you may feel the pressure to prove or improve yourself around others. Lean and trust that everything you need will come to you and be presented to you. Surrender and trust that what is supposed to come to you will come. 
    • Sacral (life force): When your Sacral Center is open/undefined, you may feel a buzz from someone that has a defined sacral. You may feel pressured to work work work, but unfortunately, you will burn out. Allow the rest you need or it will manifest physically in your body.

    • Ep. 05 - Open Ajna, Throat & Spleen Human Design

      Today's episode is continuing our mini-series on exploring the open/undefined centers in your Human Design chart. We have the lovely Ashli Kunzler join us to explore the Ajna, Throat and Spleen. First and foremost, we advise you to learn and understand your Type and Authority and then begin to focus on one open center at a time.

      • Ajna (how we think): When your Ajna Center is open/undefined (white on your chart), you may feel the over explain your answers because you might not feel confident and certain for what you want. When your Ajna Center is defined, your thinking is fixed and reliable. You're probably very certain in your opinions. 
      • Throat (how we express): when your Throat Center is open/undefined, you will express differently to different people. You may also tend to blurt out answers. You may be more jumbled in your communication styles. When you Throat Center is defined, you have a fixed way of communicating with all people. 
      • Spleen (survival): When your Spleen Center is open/undefined, you may feel vulnerable and will spend a lot of times fixing the fears by holding on to things too long. You may not be able to be clear on boundaries that are right for you. Those with defined Spleen are clear on their intuitive survival skills (cat like reflexes).

      • Ep. 04 - Open Head, Root & Solar Plexus Human Design

        Today's episode is starting our mini-series on exploring the open/undefined centers in your Human Design chart. This first episode we explore the Head, Root, and Solar Plexus. First and foremost, we advise you to learn and understand your Type and Authority and then begin to focus on one open center at a time. 

        • Head: When your Head Center is open/undefined (white on your chart), you may feel the pressure to answer other people's questions or problems. You may feel the need to "fix" everyone and that you have the answers for them. When your Head Center is defined, you have a fixed and reliable way of experiencing the mental pressure, which is detailed in the gates and lines you have defined there.
        • Solar Plexus: when your Solar Plexus Center is open/undefined, you are able to empathize with others easily and feel into other people’s emotions. You may tend to put your feelings aside so you don't rock the boat, "Switzerland" energy, staying neutral. You may like to avoid confrontation because you're worried about other people's feelings. However, this can bite you when you don't speak up with your personal Truth and what is correct for you. Those with a defined Emotional/Solar Plexus experience their emotions as waves.
        • Root: When your Root Center is open/undefined, you will feel the pressure to be in a hurry to get everything done. Those with defined centers typically have a checklist of tasks to do and don't feel pressure getting stuff done. Someone with an open center will feel the pressure to move faster and to completion. You may feel pressure to hurry up and be done instead of realizing you‘re being triggered and instead, you could relax and do it at your own pace.
