Today's episode is starting our mini-series on exploring the open/undefined centers in your Human Design chart. This first episode we explore the Head, Root, and Solar Plexus. First and foremost, we advise you to learn and understand your Type and Authority and then begin to focus on one open center at a time.
Head: When your Head Center is open/undefined (white on your chart), you may feel the pressure to answer other people's questions or problems. You may feel the need to "fix" everyone and that you have the answers for them. When your Head Center is defined, you have a fixed and reliable way of experiencing the mental pressure, which is detailed in the gates and lines you have defined there.
Solar Plexus: when your Solar Plexus Center is open/undefined, you are able to empathize with others easily and feel into other people’s emotions. You may tend to put your feelings aside so you don't rock the boat, "Switzerland" energy, staying neutral. You may like to avoid confrontation because you're worried about other people's feelings. However, this can bite you when you don't speak up with your personal Truth and what is correct for you. Those with a defined Emotional/Solar Plexus experience their emotions as waves.
Root: When your Root Center is open/undefined, you will feel the pressure to be in a hurry to get everything done. Those with defined centers typically have a checklist of tasks to do and don't feel pressure getting stuff done. Someone with an open center will feel the pressure to move faster and to completion. You may feel pressure to hurry up and be done instead of realizing you‘re being triggered and instead, you could relax and do it at your own pace.Grab your free charts and join in on the conversation!
