I realize that we all unconsciously look for true connection in daily conversations. Underneath all fights and misunderstanding is the wish to be heard, to be understood and to be valued exactly as we are. Hence, I would choose to speak gently and genuinely from my heart, no need to prove or convince or impress anyone. It gives both a sense of peace and helps to build true intimacy. We don't need to be great conversationalist, we just need to be real.
