So many people are super aware, having talk therapy, journaling, reading all the books and listening to all the podcasts and yet they are still playing out the same patterns.

 Awareness is the first step and then aligned action comes in...but wait, what stops you taking aligned action, listen in to find out!

At the start of 2020 I chose to embark on an intentional celibacy journey. I realised how much I was being driven by my urges and desires and I wanted to change my relationship with that. It ended up being 18 months before I chose to end my intentional celibacy. I still spent another year without sexual intimacy after that, but I had set the intention that I was open to meeting someone.

This journey meant no sex, no porn, and I reduced masturbation (not necessarily for the best, which I go into in the episode). This journey took me inwards. It shone a light on the way I had been showing up, relating to and seeing women. I am so deeply grateful for all that I learnt on it.

I went in blind and didn't really have anyone who I followed or learnt from on the journey. So my intention with this episode is to share the journey, the transformation that I experienced and some things to be aware of if you choose this journey for yourself.

You can UNDERstand things, or you can INNERstand them. 

From your experience you can start to explore your relationship to that thing, rather than basing your perspective off of what others say.

We are each different beings on different journeys. What works for some people may not be supportive for you, but can you be open to trying and experiencing with curiosity?
