In this episode, we talk to Nell DeVito, a Master Certified Coach and Certified Mindful Awareness Trainer. On top of being the COO of Cities Reimagined, a human-centered design firm, Nell designs and facilitates embodied and immersive experiences that enable humans to make meaningful connections with others and themselves and emulate their beautifully wild and resilient home, Earth.
In our chat, she tells us about her own life path and how her experience with burnout was really a breakdown to break through. Along the way she has cultivated her own journey of transformation and made significant changes in her life, so that she is able to serve others from a grounded and intentional place.
In particular, she is building out her own entrepreneurial endeavors and is passionate about facilitating transformative wilderness solo experiences for female leaders, where participants spend 24 hours alone in the wild.
