So a few days ago Cardi was set to perform at eleven a club in Miami.  According to a video that has since gone viral, the club wasn't letting black women in until she urged them to.  What can we learn from this?

This morning my friend was venting about a missed opportunity at the beginning of the pandemic for his business.  It reminded me of all the times I've done the same thing; beat myself up for not doing enough or missing something or making a "mistake".
