I spoke on giving God the glory because it’s easy to get caught up and forget but this episode is to enlighten you on never forget who got you to where you’re at. In today’s episode I spoke on taking care of yourself because sometimes we can become so consumed with filling everybody else up but ourselves and then wonder why we’re empty in the end. I was in deep thought on the day before and it dawned on me that when you’re not operating in your best self it’s because you haven’t been taking anytime to and for yourself. It’s necessary to feed your spirit alone, if Jesus took time out to do it why can’t you? Just food for thought. I’m all about my people becoming the best them and doing things for themselves because you deserve to be happy even it’s by yourself. Remember it’s a journey, not a race ✨

In today’s episode I deliver the word that has been simmering inside of me to the point I hope it fires you up to do exactly what I said! PREpare for your promise and stop sleeping on yourself. Your vision is not for everybody so start living like the promise has already came to pass for you. Remember it’s a journey, not a race ✨

On today’s episode I was super transparent about forgiving yourself because sometimes it’s easier forgiving everyone else but you. Just like they deserve forgiveness SO DO YOU! I had to learn to stop treating other people better than my own self. I also spoke on speaking your truth no matter what comes with it. You sparing everyone else while you’re suffering and it doesn’t work like that, healing requires speaking on the uncomfortable. Find your reason for sparing so you can start putting in the work to be free, my reason was fear.. but now I don’t care. I will dive more into detail on my next episode! Stay tuned.
