If you don’t know what it is .. it’s a fitness challenge where you have to do the following for 75 days straight…
>Drink gallon of water a day
>2 45 min workouts (one outside)
>Follow a diet (no cheats, no alcohol)
>Read 10 pages a day (nonfiction)
>Take progress picture a day
It was hard as hell but the things you learn from it are PRICELESS!
