We are all human and people should be able to learn and grow from their mistakes. However, the brands and people who deserved to be canceled, aren't. There are so many ways we can create change firstly from our own mindsets and what 'we' tolerate from others. The fear of cancellation should not stop people from being themselves!

During this episode, we code-switching on many different levels from working in the office and in our interpersonal relationships as well. Code-switching can be exhausting, however, as we get further into the discussion we find that it is necessary to adapt to our situation and it is a skill that can be done with tact.
